Spent the day glazing the new Espresso Sunrise pots. Did three more after the photo was taken. Ran out of glaze. Will need to make some more before the kiln is fired again. Nelson helped me again today, so I guess all the glazing yesterday didn't scare him off. Its kind of nice having company in the studio. Pottery is a lonely craft.
I would like this blog to help me become closer to the people that buy and enjoy my pottery.
When you come to my website, you only get to see the finished pottery.
This blog is to bring you into the joys and frustrations of the creation and the failures.
I hope to document some of the process that go into the making of the pottery, and I hope you will add your comments and especially tell me how you are using your pottery.
